Significant achievements mark Heather’s journey in the financial sector. Notably, she held roles as COO of the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), where she was instrumental in shaping the UK’s new regulatory structure, and Head of Authorisations where she played a significant role in implementing the regulatory regime for new entrants in the banking sector. Her most recent experience includes roles at the Law Society as a Non-Executive Member on the Group Audit and Risk Committee and as a strategic advisor to the board for an aspiring new bank.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Heather contributes to societal causes. She is an Ambassador and Board member for a group dedicated to combating violence against women and girls in the City of London. Her commitment to social issues complements her professional expertise, adding depth to her role at BABB. Heather’s addition to BABB marks a significant step in our innovation mission. Her expertise will be crucial in helping us build a transparent, efficient, and globally accessible financial platform powered by our ReDeFi blockchain technology.
